Your Mission
As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you'll lead design initiatives across web and mobile products, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help shape user experiences that align business goals with user needs. You will work closely with product managers, engineers and stakeholders to create scalable, user-centric solutions that deliver measurable impact.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead end-to-end UX research across client projects
Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design decisions
Create user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes
Design intuitive experiences that solve real user problems
Collaborative Impact & Leadership
Collaborate closely with UI and UX designers to ensure research informs design decisions
Partner with marketing and sales teams to strengthen customer understanding and positioning
Present findings confidently to clients and internal stakeholders
Mentor junior researchers and designers on research thinking and rigour
Must-Have Skills & Experience
5–7+ years of hands-on UI/UX design research experience, ideally in an agency or consulting environment
Graduate or postgraduate degree in Psychology, Cognitive Science, Sociology, Human Factors, HCI, Market Research, or a related field
Strong command of qualitative research methods and the ability to apply them to real-world product challenges
Proven ability to independently plan, conduct, analyse, and present research studies
Strong analytical and consulting skills, with the ability to move from raw data to meaningful insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfort and confidence presenting client-facing research projects to senior stakeholder groups
Deep curiosity about user behaviour and the motivations behind decision-making
Nice to Have
Experience with SaaS products
Knowledge of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS and React
Some understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
Experience mentoring junior designers
